Over three thousand students from around the country analyzed bills
posted to the 2003 e-Congress House Floor. Before voting on over 500 pieces
of legislation, students learned to set legislative priorities, screen
for unconstitutional proposals and manage a limited budget. The results
from their vote follow.

Given the large volume of bills submitted to the 2003
e-Congress, student bills were divided among four House Floors. House Floors
1, 2 and 3 represent high school student bills and House Floor 4 features
middle school legislation.
