able to review all of them. Any bills you do not cast a vote for will be tallied as an abstain. (Don't be alarmed by the volume of bills to review on the House Floor. Representatives are always confronted with a large number to evaluate. In the last session of Congress 9,000 bills were introduced, but fewer than ten percent became law. |
